About Milligan Place
The Complex
Milligan Place is a purpose built student and summer accommodation complex in the heart of Sligo City.
The accommodation consists of twenty two, two bedroom 3 person town houses and five two bedroom 3 person apartments and a single four bedroom 7 person town house. You may view the floor plans here.
There is also a fully staffed accommodation office, on site self service laundry and underground car park.

Our aim at Milligan Place is to provide students with 'best in class', modern student self catering accommodation and we strive to offer unparalleled security and convenience to our guests.
Flexible Accommodation For All
We are extending the traditional concept of student accommodation by offering groups of students (up to a maximum of 3) the option of booking an entire purpose built two bedroom apartment or house for the academic year while students who wish to book individually will also be facilitated.
