There are monthly inspections carried out of all houses/apartments to ensure an acceptable standard of cleanliness is maintained.

Inventory

On arrival to your room, you need to check the actual contents against the standard inventory. You should report any missing items, burn marks, paint damage etc. This is to ensure that you are not charged for these items when you leave.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in houses, apartments or communal areas.

Smoking is permitted and facilitated only in dedicated outside areas.
