A separate letting and management service for the academic year will provide all students and parents with one point of contact for enquiries concerning lettings. The college will also use this agent as a single point of contact for referring enquiries. This service will also include checking bona fides of prospective tenants and drawing up lease with the landlord, provision of access FOBS for students and maintenance of the residents' database. The manager on site will be the first point of contact for any queries from the students.
