At Milligan Place, we offer the following services to suit your every need.

Accommodation Office Hours

Office hours are 8 to 11am and 4 to 7pm, Monday to Friday. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday but a contact telephone number is available for emergency assistance out of hours.

Laundry Facilities

A laundrette is located adjacent to the Accommodation Office at the car park entrance. It is equipped with a self-service washing machine and dryer. These machines are coin operated.

The laundrette is open 7 days a week. Entrance is Fob controlled.

Waste

All waste must be deposited by residents in the appropriate waste bin in the waste & recycling area at the car park basement level.

Fax & Photocopying Service

Fax and photocopying facilities are available for a small fee at the Accommodation Office.

Car Parking

Car parking is available in the public car parks opposite the complex. Learn more...

Internet service

Wired broadband is available to all bedrooms in Milligan Place. A broadband cable can be obtained from the Accommodation Office if required.

Multichannel Television

All residences have a mulitchannel television. The TV licence subscription is covered in the management charge

Bicycles

Parking for bicycles is available in dedicated areas within the car park. Bicycles must not be parked elsewhere on site.
