Student Terms & Conditions

You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

Stdent Occupancy Period

Monday, 31st August 2009 to Friday, 28th May, 2010.

Acceptable Applicants

Both Irish and international first year and post graduate students.

Place Allocation

• All applications are accepted on a first come first served basis.
• Not all preferences are guaranteed i.e. Location, roommate, type of room etc.
• The management company has the right to decline any application.
• All applications accepted are for the entire occupancy period i.e. Monday, 31st August 2009 to Friday, 28th May, 2010. Should the tenant vacate the complex during the term, rent will be refunded only if the room is re-let.

Cancellations

• Security deposits are not refunded if the tenant leaves before the termination date.
• While the management company will endeavour to find a suitable tenant replacement, if the bed space remains empty, the tenant is liable for the rent until the contract has expired.

Services Payment

The Service charge of €700 must be paid in addition to the first moiety.

Method of Payment

The following methods of payment are accepted.

• Cheques or bank draft to be made payable to Milligan Place.
• Credit Card or Debit Card.
• Bank Transfer (Details of which can be obtained form the student booking form.).

Payment Deadline

First moiety plus service charge is due by Friday, 28th August, 2009.

Car Parking

A public car park with some 220 spaces is present opposite Milligan Place. Here a day rate of €2.50 or a fixed rate per hour applies Monday to Saturday inclusive currently between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily.

The management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
